About K1 wave buoy
K1 (WMO 62029) is a UK Met Office buoy in the Atlantic approaches, southwest of Ireland. Its exposed position provides an early view of Atlantic weather and sea conditions moving towards Ireland and western UK waters. The international station feed can include wind, pressure, air and sea temperature, and wave observations when the relevant sensors are reporting.
Metrics are rows; months run left to right.
