About Sandettie wave buoy

Sandettie Lightship (WMO 62304) is a UK Met Office station in the Dover Strait near the Sandettie Bank. Its position in a heavily trafficked and strongly tidal channel provides a valuable offshore view of wind, waves and visibility. The feed can include wave height and period, pressure, air and sea temperature, and other marine observations.
