About Pevensey Bay wave buoy

Pevensey Bay is a Datawell Directional WaveRider station off the East Sussex coast. First deployed in June 2003, it records the wave climate affecting the low-lying shoreline between Eastbourne and Bexhill. Available observations include wave height, period and direction, sea temperature and calculated wave power.
